The Future of Tires is Airless.

Turf Tech Tire is the world’s first true zero pressure, airless tire that fits a standard wheel and looks and rides like a pneumatic tire.

Why does the world need an airless tire?

-> Cost efficient

Our modular manufacturing process, which leverages 3D printing, significantly reduces energy consumption, labor, overhead, and capital investment.

-> Fuel efficient

Improved rolling resistance drives higher fuel and battery efficiency. We aim to increase EV range by 10-15% by minimizing rolling resistance, reducing tire weight and eliminating the spare, cutting over 50lbs from a car.

-> Safer

Severely underinflated tires contribute to 9% of vehicle accidents, while tire-related issues account for 27% of all roadside emergencies.

-> Environmentally Friendly

Our innovative manufacturing process can reduce factory and power consumption size by up to 90%.

Features

  • Our innovative design uses 3D-printed fiberglass composite springs for a smooth, comfortable ride that mimics a pneumatic tire.

    Here are some of the benefits of our airless tires:

    —> Puncture-proof: No more worries about flat tires or blowouts.

    —> Maintenance-free: No need to check or adjust air pressure.

    —> Durable: Our tires are built to last, with a longer lifespan than traditional tires.

    —> Improved handling: Our unique design provides exceptional lateral stiffness for cornering and longitudinal stiffness for braking and acceleration.

  • Say goodbye to roadside emergencies and hello to peace of mind, knowing punctures and blowouts are a thing of the past.

    Our unique design ensures consistent performance, regardless of temperature or terrain.

    Reduced maintenance translates to more time on the road and less time tinkering, while the puncture-proof nature empowers you to explore off the beaten path with confidence.

  • Our secret weapon: lower rolling resistance. Compared to conventional tires, our product fights friction like a champion, meaning more energy stays with your vehicle, not the road. That translates to an extended range for electric vehicles and improved fuel efficiency for traditional ICE vehicles.

  • Worried about your impact on the environment? We get it. Traditional tires wear out, end up in landfills, and take a huge toll on resources to replace. But what if there was a better way?

    Our robust casings hold the secret: they're built to be retreaded, not replaced.

    What's retreading? It's giving your worn tire a new lease on life by replacing the tread, instead of tossing the whole thing. And with Turf Tech Tires, it's easier and greener than ever.

    Here's why you'll love Turf Tech Tires:

    Reduce your carbon footprint: Retreading our tires uses 30% less energy and 15 fewer gallons of oil compared to making new ones, according to the NHTSA. It's a win for your wallet and the planet!

    Save money, drive longer: Retreading costs significantly less than buying new tires, so you can enjoy the same performance for a fraction of the price. Plus, our retread-ready design extends your tire's lifespan, stretching your budget even further.

    Enjoy seamless performance: Our tires are engineered for retreading, ensuring consistent performance and safety throughout their extended lifecycle. No compromises, just peace of mind.

    Join the sustainable movement: Be a part of the solution by choosing tires that prioritize sustainability. .

Compared to Turf Tech Tire, major competitors suffer from three key flaws:

  • Expensive to fabricate, leading to very high retail pricing.

  • Incorporate a rim along with the tire, meaning they are difficult or impossible to retread.

  • Architecture makes use of a lattice structure that is open to the environment and at speed, very noisy.

Turf Tech has developed an airless tire design that solves each of these problems, leading to a relatively low-cost product that uses existing OEM rims with the same handling characteristics of radial tires and no noise associated with the design architecture.

-> Can be mounted on any standard wheel rim.

-> Cost is similar to or lower than a conventional tire.

-> Can be applied across the entire tire range.

-> Simple manufacturing process using transfer injection molding.

-> Fewer materials and more environmentally friendly

-> Lower Capex investment compared to conventional Tire

-> Can be retreated several times

Standard
Competition

-> Modification required.

-> Very expensive compared to conventional tires.

-> More R&D is required before can be made applicable to most vehicles.

-> Labor-intensive manufacturing process.

-> More Materials.

-> High Capex Investment.

-> Very Noisy.

-> Retreading is difficult and expensive.
