Who We Are

We are a small company with large dreams of revolutionizing the tire industry. The future of tires is airless, and we are in the driver's seat.

The tire industry has seen limited changes, typically driven by necessity rather than preference. However, with the advent of electric vehicles heralding a generational shift in mobility, there's a pressing need for tire design evolution.

We at Turf Tech have both business and technical experience with current partnerships including 3D Printing organizations, FEAs,  Computer Simulation, and tire/component testing. We have designed and patented a non-pneumatic tire, purpose-built to support the incremental weight of an EV, and can be mounted on a standard rim. These tires come with lower rolling resistance, lower heat build-up, no need for tire inflation (no flats or downtime), eliminate the spare tire (weight), and can fit many market segments, from PCR and TBR to Golf Tires.

Current
Concept

The Turf Tech Tire Concept has transformed with 3D printing, improving tire quality and enhanced performance.

While the images currently depict the absence of rubber on top, the finalized design will feature tread and sidewall rubber securely attached through a combination of physical "locking" mechanisms and chemical adhesion.

This design improves two key aspects of tire performance—lateral stiffness for cornering and longitudinal stiffness for braking and acceleration—while retaining deflection stiffness curves for optimal ride quality.

Pneumatic tires typically enhance the first two aspects, often resulting in a harsher ride with low aspect ratio tires; however, this issue can be separated in the Turf Tech Tire concept.

Turf Tech has also developed a new way of manufacturing that dramatically reduces the factory space, capital cost, labor and overhead of tire production.

Additionally, it decreases shipping times and costs while notably contributing to a more sustainable tire with a reduced carbon footprint. The reduced capital investment, lower labor and overhead, and simplified setup facilitate the establishment of small factories near strategic customers, shifting away from the current practice of global tire shipping.

We believe we can streamline tire retreading processes, akin to the original production, to cut costs, minimize environmental impacts, and potentially expand into marketable licensing opportunities for the production group.
